Summer workouts are HOT. There is no reason to fear the heat but there is reason to respect it. We start workouts early and end promptly to get you out of the worst of the heat. Planning is the best prevention to heat related ailments. I cannot do this for you. Each athlete is responsible for themself:

Always bring water bottles with you.
Stay hydrated all day long.
