Unlike programs that lock you in to extended periods of time, our programs are based on an individually agreed upon period of time and specific goals. As with any program, results will vary with the period of time and the athlete’s commitment to it. The longer you stay with a program, the better your results. Our track record speaks for itself: Over the past almost 10 years, 95% of our athletes have set personal bests (personal records). We also have specialty programs for those trying to get ready for law enforcement academies (FBI, Sheriff, Police) as well as sport-specific speed training.

We have a dietitian who specializes in active lifestyles - specifically athletes. Our physical therapist specializes in running kinesiology. And our footwear specialists will put you into shoes that keep you running healthy!
Some antiquated coaches profess "just do miles". Unfortunately, it is neither efficient nor as effective as doing "smarter miles". In fact, research definitively indicates that higher rates of injuries are incurred with "more miles". And more miles take more of your valuable time.

This is a comprehensive program designed to teach you how to be an effective coach or self-coached runner. Unique train-the-trainer approach is used to instill: the latest training techniques and research; coaching techniques; myths and facts about training; and provide complete support documentation provided for your use.
